Reale Patio Door extrusions are suitable for both non-thermal and thermally improved applications. They are suitable for installing into new buildings and refurbishments, into timber subframes or directly to brickwork. The Reale Patio Door is available in virtually any colour.
ConstructionReale Patio Doors are constructed using screwed butt joints throughout. All joints are sealed to protect against water ingress. PerformanceReale Patio Doors are manufactured from the highest quality materials. Extruded aluminium is Aluminium Alloy 6063 T6 to BS EN 755 PT9 : 2001 (1991). Full gloss white (RAL0010) available as standard. All other colours available on request. Anodising Natural (Silver) and Anolok Bronze BS 3987: 1991 to a minimum of 25 microns (AA25) available on request. Gasketry is manufactured in accordance with BS 3734 and BS 7412 cat A. GlazingReale Residential Doors are securely glazed with synthetic rubber glazing gaskets. Glazing may be achieved using the wrap around channel gaskets, or glazed using captivated gasket secured with an internal wedge gasket. The Reale Patio Door System can accommodate up to 24mm insulating double glazing which should conform to BS 6262. SecurityReale Patio Doors are designed to withstand forced entry. Four-point locks with key locking are a standard feature of the Reale Patio Door. Concealed stile to rail fixings and anti lift blocks all contribute to the security of the Reale Patio Door. Additional security may be achieved with additional locking bolts as the head and cill. HardwareReale Patio Doors are fitted with tandem stainless steel rollers which run on a stainless steel track for easy operation. Midrails which can accept a letterbox are also available as an option. VentilationReale Patio Doors are fitted as standard with a security trickle ventilator to comply with 1995 standard Building Regulations (Part F) requirements for background ventilation.
